Hepatotoxicity, muscle pain, rhabdomyolysis.
NC/PT:
Monitor liver function and CK levels. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice. Report muscle pain or cola-colored urine immediately. Take with evening meal (cholesterol is synthesized at night).
