Indication:
Muscle spasticity related to spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, MS. Prevention and treatment of malignant hyperthermia.
Mode of Action:
Prevents release of calcium in skeletal muscles (inhibiting muscle contraction) to ↓ muscle spasticity.

Indication:
Drowsiness, muscle weakness, GI upset, Hepatotoxicity.
NC/PT:
Monitor for signs of liver damage.
